PLL - PhotoLum Laboratory
card
The photoluminescence laboratory is a facility open to the material science projects running at TASC. Presently the main field of investigation are diluted III-V-N quantum wells and quantum dots as well as semiconductor nanowires. A set-up for optical loss and gain measurements in passive or active optical guides is also available.
